Hello and welcome to the North Monastery Past Pupils Union website. The NMPPU would like to thank everyone for their support to date and look forward to even more continued support for our many exciting events.

Like most things relating to the North Monastery, the PPU is steeped in history and can trace its roots back as far as 1903 where no less a man as Br Burke was elected the first President.

Throughout the years the PPU has had two fundamental aims which remain the same to this day. The first is to provide a means of communications for past pupils of all years to find their old classmates. The annual PPU Reunion Dinner every November provides such a platform but we’ve also created the PPU’s Network and embraced Facebook in an effort to contact as many past pupils as possible. The second aim is to help the school and current pupils in any way possible which in turn provides a link between past pupils and the schools.
